The two staging examples shown were Basic Consultations for sellers who wanted
ideas on how to improve their homes in the eyes of potential buyers. A minimal
investment was required for each to cover the cost of paint and accessories.
STAGING PROJECT 1:
This home was located in a subdivision with other similar homes. The seller’s were
receiving feedback that their home lacked the “WOW” factor compared to their local
competition.
The curb appeal was addressed first by adding a fresh coat of paint to front door.

The foyer was given color through artwork and texture with an area rug which immediately drew buyers in.

This dining room was lacking vision. It appeared stark until chairs were added to the table area and the option of a storage piece became apparent.

The kitchen cabinetry was painted all the same color to appeal to a wider audience.

Warming up the fireplace enhanced this beautiful focal point in the Living Room!!

STAGING PROJECT 2:
The cabinetry in this kitchen had been customized by the owner to match the counter
tops. This had been one of the reasons that buyers were passing on this home
which had been on the market for over 240 days.
The 1st set of buyers to tour this home after the painting was completed made
an offer which was accepted by the seller. SOLD!
