  • 1-2 hour on-site consultation
  • Written Presentation of Staging Plan that includes:
  • Detailed analysis of each room, curb appeal and basement/attic spaces
  • Furniture layouts
  • Information on how to prepare for every showing

For serious DIY seller who can devote the time and energy into completing the plan to
gain the best return on their home for the least amount of investment.


Showcasing for First Showings/Open Houses
