Our homes become our respite from the busy world around us. The goal of
Parker House Designs is to help your home be the calm getaway that you
dream of when flipping through the pages of Better Homes & Gardens.
It is nice to have the option of recycling items that you have carefully
chosen for your home…we simply re-purpose them to create your dream
space. It is also considered a form of “Green Design” which has become
more prevalent and embraced by the design industry as a whole.
How does Redesign work?
Our job is to evaluate your room, determine the key features and redesign
it based on your personal profile. An initial consultation is conducted where
a date is set. On the day of the redesign the room will be emptied of its
contents, be re-evaluated and “shopping” from the rest of the home takes
place to find just the right treasures to add to the overall design. Within a
day, your room becomes rejuvenated!
At the close of a redesign, you will be given a list of items that, if added to
the space, could really add to the overall success of the design. This wish
list may include lighting options, window treatment suggestions and ideas
for accessorizing. The reference guide will inspire you to enhance the room
as your time and budget allow.
Relocating?
Redesign is a great option for new home owners who are not sure how
their furnishings and accessories from a previous home will fit into their new
space. Parker House Designs can have you “settled in” in a short period of
time so that you can focus on the other aspects of your transition.
